Gary is a director charged with the general day to day running and development of the business. He has worked within the property industry for over 30 years now and has knowledge ranging from sales/lettings, property finance and now maintenance. When not at work Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids as well as their two dogs and is also a keen sports fan being a season ticket holder at Portsmouth FC for over 40 years.

Lauren is our Operations Manager. Having grown within the company over the years, she now oversees all the team and day to day running alongside Gary. With a background in property and over 15 years experience in customer service, Lauren is well equipped with knowledge and experience to assist the team in dealing with any of your queries, no matter how big or small! In her spare time, Lauren likes to spend time with her partner, daughter and friends, often finding a good place to eat out!

Maintenance Team Leader

Yancie is our longest standing member of the team, having been with the company for over 20 years and worked her way up to Maintenance Team Leader. Yancie will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries and supports the rest of the admin team in their daily tasks. Being a key part of the Houserack development programme, there is nothing that Yancie can’t assist with when it comes to property maintenance. In her spare time, Yancie can be found listening to her favourite records and trying new recipes in her beloved air fryer!!

Maintenance Supervisor

Marissa

Marissa has been a valued member of the team for several years now and has worked her way up to a Supervisor in our admin team, she will be your point of contact for any block management maintenance queries. Marissa comes from a background of legal services and brings years of customer service experience to the team. In her spare time, Marissa can be found in the Kitchen cooking or baking or at the beach walking or paddleboarding.

Darcy is a member of our admin team who will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries. Having always worked in customer service, she brings a bright and bubbly personality, and you always know when she's in the office! In her spare time, Darcy enjoys gaming, photography, and some good food!!

Amelie is a member of our admin team working mainly on new issues reported but just like the rest of the team has a great understanding of all aspects of property maintenance, her enthusiastic approach is always appreciated by our clients. Michele is dedicated to assisting the team, dealing with maintenance repairs efficiently and effectively. Nothing is too much trouble for her! Michele is passionate about dogs and loves nothing more than walking her dogs along the coast in her spare time.

Inventory Clerk

Katie is our Check-out and Inventory clerk and spends most of her day on the road carrying out reports for our clients. Katie also lends a hand to the maintenance team assisting with general administration. In her spare time Katie enjoys playing golf and watching Formula 1 with her Dad. Katie’s Mum is also an excellent baker and regularly keeps the spirits up in the office with her amazing baked treats!

Naomi is part of our admin team and has worked within the property industry for several years and since starting at Houserack has proved to be a great addition to the team and will be a point of contact for any maintenance related issues. Outside of work Naomi enjoys spending time with her family and going to the gym and walking her dog, Leo!

Donna joined the team with more than 30 years’ experience in accounting and she is also qualified as a Mortgage Adviser. When she’s not busy working hard in the office, Donna is busy working at home and in her garden. When Donna does have spare time, she enjoys travelling the world, spending time with her family or just relaxing.

Abby has joined our busy accounts team and having been thrown into all things accounts related has quickly established herself as an integral part of the team. Being a Mum of two Abby doesn't get much spare time, but when she does, she enjoys socialising with friends and spending time with her family. Abby is also another dog lover and enjoys walks with Digby around the Chichester area.

Steve

Steve is one of our NICEIC qualified electricians who we turn to for all things electric from full rewires to carrying out landlord electrical safety inspections (EICR). Steve has vast experience and is a trusted member of our contractor team.

Alfie

Alfie works alongside Steve as well as carrying out electrical work individually covering predominately West Sussex and Haslemere.

Gas Engineer

Aaron

Aaron is one of our gas engineers and has worked alongside Houserack for almost 15 years. Aaron is one of our ‘go to’ engineers for any heating/hot water issues and carries out annual landlord gas safety inspections within West Sussex and Hampshire.

Building & Maintenance

Ryan

Ryan has also worked alongside Houserack for many years as well as carrying out work at some of our team’s own homes. Ryan is great for all things maintenance/building including full refurbishments of properties. He is a big West Ham fan, but we don’t hold that against him!

Gardening & Grounds

Wayne

Wayne is one of our gardening contractors and who we turn to for all things outside including regular grounds maintenance on some blocks of flats as well as carrying out property clearances within West Sussex and Hampshire.

Gas Engineer & Plumber

Tom

Tom is another of our gas engineers/plumbers. Tom will attend to a leaking tap as well boiler replacements and everything in between. You will also see Tom carrying out annual landlord gas safety certificates.

Building & Maintenance

Justin

Justin is someone who has also worked alongside Houserack for many years and is someone we turn to when nobody else knows what to do! Justin has years of experience in the building industry, and his knowledge of all things maintenance is invaluable.

Plumbing & Heating

Tom D

Tom covers Surrey and Berkshire as well as venturing into London to resolve plumbing/heating issues raised within those areas. Always happy to go the extra mile to get the job done. Tom also carries out landlord gas safety inspections.
