James

James has been in the Lettings industry for years. Visiting and managing thousands of homes over that time made him think, there must be a better way of dealing with the huge problem of Property Maintenance in small, medium, and large Lettings and Estate Agents offices. Well, there was.. and after years of research and development, Houserack was born! He knows you’ll love using it as much as he loved creating it. Feel free to call and chat to him anytime but just don’t mention motorbikes, you’ll never get him off the phone!

Lauren

Lauren is our Director. Having grown within the company over the years, she now oversees all the team and day to day running. With a background in property and over 10 years experience in customer service, Lauren is well equipped with knowledge and experience to assist the team in dealing with any of your queries, no matter how big or small! If you’re a new agent looking to come on board with Houserack or a homeowner/landlord planning a project, she will be happy to help! In her spare time, Lauren likes to spend time with her partner and friends, often finding a good place to eat out!

Client Relations Manager

Gary

Gary has joined our team as our Client Relations Manager. With a long background in Property and over 30 years in Customer Service, Gary will be the point of contact for all new clients interested in Houserack’s services from the point of interest, right through to regular meetings ensuring client satisfaction!

Team Leader/Sussex Maintenance Administrator

Yancie

Yancie is our longest standing member of the team, having been with the company for over 20 years and worked her way up to Maintenance Team Leader. Yancie will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Sussex Area and supports the rest of the admin team in their daily tasks. Being a key part of the Houserack development programme, there is nothing that Yancie can’t assist with when it comes to property maintenance. In her spare time, Yancie can be found listening to her favourite records and trying new recipes in her beloved air fryer!!

Hampshire Maintenance Supervisor

Marissa

Marissa is a member of our expanding admin team and will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Hampshire area. Marissa comes from a background of legal services and brings years of customer service experience to the team. In her spare time, Marissa can be found in the Kitchen cooking or baking or at the beach walking or paddleboarding.

Surrey Maintenance Administrator

Darcy

Darcy is a member of our admin team who will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Surrey area. Having always worked in customer service, she brings a bright and bubbly personality, and you always know when she’s in the office! In her spare time, Darcy enjoys gaming, photography, and some good food!!

Trainee Maintenance Administrator

Lauren M

Lauren is a member of our admin team and will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Hampshire area. Having experience in customer service and property management, Lauren brings a positive attitude to all tasks big and small. In her spare time, Lauren enjoys long walks, photography and relaxing evenings baking and tending to her garden.

Maintenance Administrator

Michele

Michele is dedicated to assisting the team, dealing with maintenance repairs efficiently and effectively. Nothing is too much trouble for her! Michele is passionate about dogs and loves nothing more than walking her dogs along the coast in her spare time.

Financial Controller

Donna

Donna joined the team with more than 30 years’ experience in accounting and she is also qualified as a Mortgage Adviser. When she’s not busy working hard in the office, Donna is busy working at home and in her garden. When Donna does have spare time, she enjoys travelling the world, spending time with her family or just relaxing.
