How to report a problem

  • Click on "Report a problem" below.

  • Categorise your maintenance issue on the next screen, by choosing from one of the many options available.

  • You will then be prompted to provide more detail about the issue, including uploading any relevant photos. Remember, the more information you provide, the better we can assist you.

  • Once you submit your issue, you will receive confirmation that it has been logged, along with a unique issue number for your reference.

  • Sit back and relax. One of our dedicated team members will keep you informed every step of the way through our system. You wil not be left in the dark – we are committed to updating you until the issue is resolved.
